ADO is a good company for 1st class buses. I have found them to be excellent during my travels to the area.
ADO GL is a better choice for over night trips.

Ticketbus is a good site for 1st and 2nd class bus schedules in southern Mexico. (includes all of the ADO bus lines as well as Sur, Oriente, etc.)
